Hybrid bows
Hybrid bows are crafted using new, precise technology and time-honoured methods. The bow maker first starts by selecting pernambuco wood. They then insert a special carbon fibre core along the entire length of the wood. The bow is then crafted using traditional methods. All the wood used is certified by CITES. This creates hybrid bows that combine the warmth and sensitivity of natural pernambuco wood with the strength and durability of high-tech materials used today.
The line is available in the violin, viola and cello bow versions.
